About Us Our Story

TRIPL P was born out of a group of intellectual property enthusiasts who were fortunate enough to share an important page of their working lives when they were providing legal assistance to EUIPO in Alicante, Spain. Then, as always in life, their paths diverged and each of them specialised in one area of IP and in a different jurisdiction. Gergana worked for several years on domain dispute resolution at WIPO in Geneva, Switzerland, before moving back home to Sofia, Bulgaria. Giovanna pursued her specialisation in trademarks and designs in Spain, becoming a point of reference for European companies interested in investing in South America and vice versa. Luca moved back to Italy and specialised in patent litigation. The heterogeneity of TRIPL P’s founders allows the firm to be able to deal with complex issues in a supranational environment.

Combined they have over 30 years of experience.

Educating small and medium size businesses is their passion.
